Winemaker's Note

Glossy red ruby in the glass. The nose displays intense aromas of black fruits, followed by hints of vanilla and cloves. On the palate, fine-grained tannins offer a velvety texture — long and vibrantly fresh, with a touch of mocha.

Winemaking

Grapes are harvested early to preserve elegance and complexity, sorted and destemmed on arrival. Fermentation runs 26–28°C in stainless steel, with 15 days of daily punch-downs. A small percentage is aged in French oak for complexity and silky tannins.

Terroir

Languedoc's Southern Elegance

This Cuvée is sourced from vineyards on the west side of the Pays d'Oc region, close to the Pyrenean mountains. Vineyards stretch like a natural amphitheatre facing the Mediterranean Sea, where clay-limestone formations, sandstone and schist each contribute to the wine's balance and personality.

Limestone and stony elements encourage good drainage and moderate vigour, while sandstone and schist enhance aromatic depth. The result is a supple, fruit-driven Pinot Noir with notes of ripe cherry and kirsch, freshness and aromatic complexity.

The Bird on the Label

Setophaga tigrina · Famille des Parulidae

Long ago, in the hills of Southern France, there lived a bird whose song was said to bring vines to life. The villagers called her BELA — meaning "beautiful" in an old tongue, a symbol of harmony between earth and sky. Where she flew, blossoms awakened, butterflies danced, and grapes ripened under golden light.

Inspired by this legend, BELA wines capture that same natural rhythm. Each bottle is a tribute to a living landscape, where flora, fauna and tradition grow as one. Sip gently, and you may hear her song — a whisper of nature, carried in the wine.
